Updated Volet.com platform
We have moved Volet.com to a new technical platform with an updated account interface, updated API infrastructure, and Hosted Checkout for merchants.
Most familiar features continue to work as before, but some parts of the account now look and work differently.
What changed?
We have launched an updated Volet.com account on a new technical platform.
This update includes:
- A redesigned personal and business account interface.
- Updated payment tools for merchants.
- A new REST API for future integrations.
- Better mobile browser experience.
- Technical foundation for mobile apps and future product updates.
Most core account features remain the same: wallets, cards, balances, verification status, limits, tariffs, security settings, referral connections, and linked users have been moved to the updated platform.
Why did you move to a new platform?
We moved to a new platform to make Volet.com easier to use and easier to improve.
The new platform gives us a better technical foundation for mobile apps, new payment features, and future product updates.
The updated account is also more responsive and easier to use from a mobile browser.
Do I need to do anything after the move?
No. You do not need to create a new account, verify your identity again, or manually move your balances.
Your account data has been transferred automatically.
How do I log in now?
You can log in the same way as before.
The account login page remains the same:
https://account.volet.com/login
You can use your current login, password, and available two-factor authentication method.
Have my balances been moved?
Yes, your balances have been moved to the updated platform.
What happened to my USDT and USDC wallets?
Stablecoin wallets are now simpler.
Instead of separate wallets for the same stablecoin on different networks, you now have one USDT wallet and one USDC wallet.
For example, instead of separate USDT ERC-20 and USDT TRC-20 wallets, you now have one USDT wallet. You can add funds through supported networks and withdraw through supported networks from the same balance.
Have my wallet numbers and crypto addresses changed?
No. Wallet numbers and crypto wallet addresses have been moved without changes where supported.
Has my transaction history been moved?
Older transaction history is not shown directly in the updated account interface.
You can still request your previous transaction history.
New transactions made after the move appear in the updated account.
What happened to my linked cards?
Linked cards have been moved to the updated platform.
However, for security reasons, we do not store full card details or CVV. When you use a linked card again, you may need to enter the missing card details one more time.
You do not need to verify the card again.
Has my verification status changed?
No. Your verification status and personal or business profile data have been moved to the updated platform.
You do not need to complete verification again because of the move.
Have fees, limits, or tariffs changed?
No. The move itself did not change your fees, limits, or individual tariff settings.
Your current account limits and individual pricing settings have been moved to the updated platform.
Are there any new account restrictions?
No new restrictions were introduced because of the move.
Availability of some services still depends on your account type, verification status, country, supported currencies, and applicable regulations.
What happened to my security settings?
Most security settings have been moved automatically. You do not need to set them up again.
Some older security methods are no longer supported, including:
- SMS one-time passwords.
- Code cards for payouts.
- Physical Protectimus tokens.
If you used SMS one-time passwords, email one-time passwords are used instead.
What new features are available in the updated account?
The updated account keeps the main user flows familiar, but makes some actions easier to access.
New and improved features include:
- Clickable wallets and cards in the left menu.
- Unified USDT and USDC wallets across supported networks.
- Up to 3 wallets in the same currency.
- Currency exchange between fiat, stablecoin, and crypto wallets from one place.
- Crypto top-ups and withdrawals in a single flow.
- Account statements available for download inside the account.
- Better mobile browser experience.
- Login with Google or Telegram.
Are mobile apps available?
Mobile apps are planned after the web account move.
The updated web account is already live. Android and iOS apps will follow after that.
We are launching them separately so users can first get familiar with the updated account, and then with the mobile apps.
What changed for merchants?
Merchant tools have also moved to the updated platform.
The main terminology change is that SCI is now called Hosted Checkout in the account interface, website, and documentation.
You may still see Payment Gateway used in some places as a general name for payment acceptance tools.
Do API integrations still work?
Yes. Existing API integrations continue to work.
Older API integrations continue through a compatibility layer for some time. Later, merchants will need to move to the new REST API.
We will provide documentation and migration details before any required API changes.
Does Hosted Checkout still work?
Yes. Hosted Checkout continues to work.
The main change is the updated customer-facing interface. Existing merchant payment flows continue to work as before, except for payment methods that are no longer supported.
Direct card acquiring is not available.
Have SCI links or payment gateway links changed?
Existing API and payment gateway links continue to work.
The name SCI has been replaced with Hosted Checkout, but the existing merchant flow remains supported.
What happened to referrals and linked users?
Referral connections and linked users have been moved to the updated platform.
However, referral links have changed. If you share referral links, please create a new referral link in the updated account before sharing it again.
Has registration or password reset changed?
The main account flows remain familiar.
The updated platform also supports login through Google and Telegram.
Password reset and security confirmation flows may look slightly different in the updated interface, but users do not need to create a new account.
What should I do if something looks wrong after the move?
If your balance, wallet, card, verification status, tariff, referral connection, or merchant tool does not look correct after the move, please contact support.
We will help check your account and restore the correct data where needed.
