Cards Overview
Volet.com cards let you spend your wallet balance anywhere Visa or Mastercard is accepted. Each card is prepaid and linked to your Volet.com account -- you top it up from your wallet and use it for purchases, subscriptions, and ATM withdrawals.
Card programs are provided by third-party issuers. Available card programs, supported countries, fees, and verification requirements vary by issuer.
What you can do
Pay online and in stores. Use your card for everyday purchases: subscriptions, travel bookings, groceries, restaurants. Works anywhere Visa or Mastercard is accepted.
Add to Apple Pay or Google Pay. Supported card programs can be added to Apple Pay or Google Pay for contactless payments in stores, apps, and public transport.
Withdraw cash at ATMs. Use a card to get cash from ATMs worldwide. Useful when you travel or need local currency.
Get a card in minutes. Virtual cards are typically issued within minutes after approval. Physical cards require delivery.
Use multiple card programs. Depending on your country and eligibility, you may be able to order different card programs with different fees, limits, and features.
How it works
Each card has its own balance, separate from your Volet.com account balance. Before you can spend with a card, you need to transfer funds from one of your Volet.com wallets to the card.
When you make a purchase, the amount is deducted from the card balance. If there are not enough funds on the card, the transaction is declined.
Volet.com cards do not spend directly from your wallet balance. Funds must be transferred to the card before they can be used for payments or ATM withdrawals.
Direct top-ups from external bank cards, bank accounts, crypto wallets, or any other external sources are not supported. The typical flow is: receive funds into your Volet.com account, then transfer them to your card.
There is no automatic top-up. You always control how much money is transferred to the card.
Before you start
- Your account must be verified. Without verification, card ordering is not available.
- Card availability depends on your country of residence and/or citizenship. Not all programs are available in all regions.
- You need a funded Volet.com account to pay the issuance fee and load the card.
- Card issuance fees, maintenance fees, ATM fees, and spending limits depend on the selected card program.
Card verification
Card programs are provided by third-party issuers. Depending on the card program, you may need to complete additional verification when ordering a card.
The required verification level varies by issuer. Some cards require only identity verification, while others may also require proof of address or additional documents.
After you submit a card order, the system will show the documents required for that specific card program.
Card verification is reviewed separately from your Volet.com account verification and may take several business days.
If you do not have the required documents, you can cancel the card order and request a refund of the card issuance fee.
