Verification requirements
All card programs require identity verification before you can order a card. The card issuer verifies your identity, and in some cases your address, as part of the order process. Follow the instructions in your Volet.com dashboard when ordering a card — you will be guided through the required steps.
Verification requirements may vary by card program and region. The exact documents and steps are shown during the card order flow.
Which program to choose
Choose Europe if you live in the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Turkey, or Israel and want a EUR or USD card. Available in both virtual and plastic formats, with ATM access on plastic cards.
Choose Asia-Pacific if you live in one of the 10 supported countries in the Asia-Pacific region and want a plastic USD card delivered to your door.
Choose Digital Global if you want a virtual card that works worldwide, with instant issuance, Apple Pay and Google Pay support, and 3D Secure protection. Best for online purchases and contactless payments.
Fees and limits
Each program has its own fee and limits schedule covering issuance, loading, purchases, ATM withdrawals, and maintenance. Fees and limits are shown during the card order process and on the tariff document for each program.
