Unload a card
Move funds from your Volet.com card balance back to your wallet. This is useful when you want to rebalance your funds, exchange them, or withdraw through a different method.

Unloading availability depends on your card program. Not all programs support transferring funds from the card back to the wallet. Check your card program details for more information.
Before you start
- Your card must be in active status.
- You need a positive balance on the card.
How to unload
- Go to Cards and select the card you want to unload.
- Tap Unload (or Transfer to wallet).
- Enter the amount you want to move back to your wallet.
- Confirm the transaction.
- If prompted, enter the one-time code (OTP) to authorize.
The funds are returned to your Volet.com account instantly.
Fees
An unload fee may apply depending on the card program. The fee is shown before you confirm.

If something goes wrong
