Top up a card
Load funds onto your Volet.com card from your wallet balance. Cards are funded exclusively from your Volet.com account. You cannot top up a card directly from a bank account or external crypto wallet.
Before you start
- You need an active Volet.com card. If you have not ordered one yet, see Compare card programs.
- You need a sufficient balance in your Volet.com account. If your wallet is empty, add funds first.
- You can use any wallet in your Volet.com account as a funding source. If the wallet currency differs from the card currency, the platform converts automatically at the current exchange rate.
How to top up
- Go to Cards and select the card you want to fund.
- Tap Top up (or Load).
- Choose the source wallet -- for example, your EUR wallet or your USD wallet.
- Enter the amount. If the source wallet is in a different currency than the card, the converted amount is shown.
- Review the details and confirm.
- If prompted, enter the one-time code (OTP) to authorize the transaction.
The funds appear on the card balance instantly. You can start spending right away.
Fees
A loading fee may apply depending on your card program and the source currency. The fee is shown before you confirm the top-up.

If something goes wrong

| "Load disabled" message | Monthly maintenance fee is unpaid | Pay the outstanding maintenance fee first, then try again |
| "Insufficient funds" error | Wallet balance too low | Add funds to your wallet or reduce the top-up amount |
| Top-up not reflected on card | Rare processing delay | Check the transaction in your dashboard; contact support if it does not resolve within a few minutes |
