Availability
The Europe card is available in:
- Visa and Mastercard: All EU member states, Switzerland, Norway
- Visa only: Turkey, Israel
Verification
Identity verification is required to order the Europe card. The card issuer verifies your identity and, in some cases, your address. Follow the instructions in your Volet.com dashboard during the order process. You will be guided through the required steps.
Card limits may be restricted until verification is complete. Complete verification as soon as possible after ordering to unlock full transaction limits.

If your card loads are disabled due to inactivity, a reactivation fee applies before you can top up the card again.
Delivery
- Standard mail: Free. Delivery takes approximately 2--6 weeks. No tracking available. If you do not receive the card within 60 days, contact support for a free replacement.
- Express courier (DHL): 59 EUR/USD. The fee is debited automatically when you confirm the order. The card is shipped within 3 business days; delivery takes 7--10 days. A tracking number is sent by email and is also visible in your account.

How to get started
- Verify your account on Volet.com.
- Go to Cards and select Europe.
- Choose your preferred brand (Visa or Mastercard), currency (EUR or USD), and card type (virtual or plastic).
- Review the issuance fee and confirm the order.
- Complete the provider-side verification when prompted.
- For virtual cards, the card is ready within seconds after verification. For plastic cards, wait for delivery and activate the card using the activation code from the delivery package.
- Top up the card from your Volet.com account and start spending.
What you can do with this card
- Pay online at any merchant that accepts Visa or Mastercard.
- Pay in stores using your plastic card at POS terminals.
- Withdraw cash at ATMs using your plastic card. See ATM withdrawals for details.
The Europe card does not support Apple Pay, Google Pay, or 3D Secure. Some online merchants that require 3D Secure may decline transactions from this card. For online-first usage with 3D Secure and Apple/Google Pay support, consider the Digital Global card.
The Europe card cannot be used for gambling or betting payments. Transactions to such merchants are blocked by the card vendor.
PIN code
Your PIN is shown after card activation. Save it immediately. Subsequent PIN requests may incur a fee. To view the PIN later: click the card icon in your account → three dots → PIN.
PIN change at ATM is not available for Europe cards.
