ATM withdrawals
Withdraw cash from ATMs worldwide using your card. ATM access is available on the Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Digital Global card programs.
Before you start
- Your card must be active and have a sufficient balance. Top up your card before visiting an ATM.
- Know your card PIN. For plastic cards (Europe, Asia-Pacific), the PIN is included with your delivery package. For the Digital Global card, the PIN is set after card creation in the card menu in your dashboard.
The Digital Global card supports ATM withdrawals via contactless (Apple Pay / Google Pay) only at ATMs that accept contactless transactions.
How to withdraw cash
- Insert your plastic card into any ATM that accepts Visa (Europe program) or Mastercard (Europe or Asia-Pacific program).
- Enter your PIN.
- Select Withdrawal and enter the amount.
- Collect your cash and receipt.
The amount is deducted from your card balance immediately.
ATM limits
ATM withdrawal limits depend on your card program and may be lower than POS purchase limits. For current ATM limits, check the tariff document on your card program page in the Volet.com dashboard.
ATM withdrawals may have smaller transaction limits compared to card purchases. If you need to access larger amounts, consider making multiple withdrawals or using POS purchases instead.
Fees
ATM withdrawals incur a fee that varies by card program. The ATM operator may also charge its own fee on top of the Volet.com fee.
- Check your current ATM fees in the Volet.com dashboard
- See the Volet.com fees page for general rate information
