Accept payments from customers using their Volet.com account balance.

Customers first fund their account using bank transfers, cards, cryptocurrency, or other supported methods, and then pay you directly from their Volet.com balance.

Volet.com account payments are a custodial payment method and are available through Hosted Checkout.

How it works​

When enabled, customers see Volet.com as one of the available payment methods on your Hosted Checkout page.

The payment flow:

  1. The customer reaches your checkout page.
  2. The customer is redirected to Hosted Checkout.
  3. The customer selects Volet.com account as the payment method.
  4. The customer signs in and confirms the payment.
  5. Funds are transferred instantly from the customer's account to your Volet.com account.
  6. Your server receives a payment status notification and the customer returns to your website.

Because the transfer is performed internally within Volet.com, there are no blockchain confirmation delays and no blockchain network fees.

How customer can top-up their Volet.com account​

Customers can fund their Volet.com account using available payment methods in their region, including:

  • Debit and credit cards
  • Cryptocurrency deposits
  • Other supported payment methods

Available funding methods may depend on the customer's country, account type, and verification status.

Supported currencies​

Customers can pay using any balance available in their Volet.com account, including:

  • USD and EUR
  • Stablecoins
  • Supported cryptocurrencies

Settlement is available in fiat, stablecoins, and cryptocurrencies, with automatic conversion available when supported.

Settlement and withdrawals​

Funds received through Volet.com account payments are credited instantly to your Volet.com account balance.

You can then:

  • Send payouts
  • Transfer funds to other Volet.com users
  • Exchange currencies
  • Withdraw to a bank account
  • Withdraw to a card
  • Withdraw to a crypto wallet

Many businesses use Volet.com account payments together with payouts. Funds received from customers can be used immediately for contractor payments, rewards, commissions, and marketplace settlements.

Fees​

Processing fees start at 0.50% for Volet.com account payments.

No setup fees or monthly fees apply.

You can choose whether the processing fee is paid by you or added to the customer's payment amount.
